The VULCAN Tower Sled has 2 sets of moveable poles for either side of the sled which can be removed for convenience during sessions. The sled has a base weight of 44kg and is perfect for sled pushes, strength & conditioning, rehab exercises, and sport specific training. There is a centred weight stack which allows for easy loading of plates and a controlled/ centred mass. This only accommodates Olympic-sized plates (all the plates at VULCAN are olympic sized).
It also has a loop at each end for attaching a carabiner, ideal for rope pulls.
There is a stip of striUHM plastic on the bottom of the sled which allows use on surfaces other than turf (excluding concrete). Black powder coated steel ensures smooth use on artificial turf, DO NOT use on concrete.
*Make sure appropriate footwear is used and the sled is used on turf*
