There are 3 height settings to allow for different user heights, the grips are foam and are friendly on the hands while giving enough room for variance in width for your dips.
The bench is constructed from 2mm thick steel, has 3.5cm diameter tubing, and has a 64cm wide max grip width and a 55cm minimum grip width available. Taking up no floor space, this is a great addition for push, shoulder, and tricep days!
